赵文娟:博士,副研究员,硕士生导师。2008年获8040威尼斯博士学位;2011-2014在美国乔治城大学神经科学系从事博士后研究工作。1999-2003年在中科院上海生命科学院细胞生物学研究所工作;2003年进入8040威尼斯工作至今。研究方向为神经退行性疾病及慢性炎症性疾病的发病机理,发现潜在的药物靶标。在Hum. Mol. Genet,Mol Nutr Food Res等杂志发表科研SCI论文20余篇,荣获2010年“中国药理学会施维雅青年药理学工作者奖”。中国老年医学学会基础与转化医学分会第一届青年委员会委员。主持国家自然基金面上项目2项,教育部新教师基金1项。参与《人民卫生出版社国家医学教育题库(药学专业题库) 》中《药理学》的命题工作。

1. 培养硕士研究生5名,其中已经硕士毕业4名。
2. 培养上海市优秀毕业生1名,8040威尼斯优秀毕业生1名,2人荣获国家奖学金等荣誉。
3. 主讲本科生通识核心课程《脑与日常行为》,参讲《药理学(双语教学)》和《药物研发试验》等课程。
4. 参编《人民卫生出版社国家医学教育题库(药学专业题库)》(ISBN978-7-89456-772-7)中《药理学》,2020年4月题库上线。
1. 神经药理学方向:利用特异性基因替代及转基因动物,在分子、细胞及整体动物水平研究阿尔茨海默病、帕金森病等神经退行性疾病的发病机制,发现潜在药物靶点,进行新药研发和诊断试剂开发。
2. 免疫药理学方向:运用基因敲除小鼠和炎症动物模型,阐明炎症微环境调控疾病的分子病理机制以及炎症细胞的活化机制。
